As of Tuesday, May 26th the shop is again open to the public. For everyone's safety, all customers who enter the shop are asked to wear a mask and must maintain a social distance of 6 feet from staff and other customers. All payment transactions will be contactless, and we offer the ability to make payments on-site with Apple Pay, Android Pay, or instance invoicing and payment through email.
We will continue to offer front door pickup and drop-off service for repairs and retail purchases for those who are more comfortable doing so. Please contact us ahead of your visit for coordination.

The Tone I/O Shop is conveniently located in North Central Austin just East of the Hwy 183 and Burnet Road intersection.

Monday-Friday: 11:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday: 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
